I hope that most of you reading this have seen “Sister Act II.” A classic film with a great cast and great music and a childhood favorite. Besides being a classic, “Sister Act II” contains some very pertinent truth. One such truth is conveyed on a street corner of a run down neighborhood. Whoopi Goldberg, in full nun attire, stops a young Lauren Hill. After confronting her she says, “If you wake up in the morning and all you can think about is singing, than you’re a singer.”
Life really is all about those things that you just can’t help doing. Those things that for better or worse make up who you are. All I can ever think about is writing and how to best convey what I am learning and living. How my words can help other human hearts connect with themselves, with their Creator, and with others. I always want to write about relevant ideas that will help others make it to the other side of this confusing world we live in. I hope the things posted here bring you joy, make you think, and maybe, sometimes, even piss you off.
